Today’s disrupting working landscape is forcing organizations to restructure their working methodology, which in turn has significantly impacted on the expectation that business leaders have from their diversified teams. With the advent of Automation, time spent on tasks will be equally distributed between the machines & the human resources in coming times. So, this is the time to ponder about our strategies, re-visioning the future and realizing that Learning is no longer only a retention measurement but becomes key in realizing business strategy. NATCON- 23 focuses on the belief that Learning & Development is about building a culture of continuous learning across the organization with full focus on coaching, feedback, leadership & ownership.
